From Marketing to Data
A decade of turning campaign data into business decisions.
Over a decade of working in marketing gave me more than just business experience - it gave me a deep understanding of how data translates into decisions. I spent years analyzing multi-million dollar campaigns on a daily basis, turning performance data into actionable strategy that directly impacted how money was spent and where growth came from.
That kind of work trains you to think about data as a story that leads to a decision, not just numbers on a screen.
In my experience, business and technical teams often operate in silos - each side speaking a language the other doesn't fully connect with. Having spent significant time on both sides of that divide, I bring the ability to bridge that gap - understanding the business context deeply enough to define the right problem, and the technical depth to architect the right solution.
That foundation is what eventually pulled me deeper into analytics. And AI - that's something I've been working with long before it became a buzzword. I built my first AI application years ago, back when the tools were rough and the results were honestly not great. But it gave me a head start that compounded over time.
What I've Built
Production AI systems, data architectures, and automation platforms.
Over the past several years, I've worked across some of the world's top Fortune companies - building production AI systems, designing data architectures and shipping automation platforms that consistently reduced manual processing time by 80-95%.
AI is only as good as the architecture underneath it.
I've led AI initiatives, built full-stack applications from scratch and developed tools that generate executive-level insights with minimal human intervention. Along the way, I developed deep expertise in data engineering, business intelligence and AI architecture - the kind that comes from building, breaking and rebuilding systems until they actually work.
You can plug in the most powerful model in the world, but without proper context management, guardrails and output validation, you end up with something that's expensive, unreliable and honestly - worse than not having AI at all.
What This Venture Is About
Right foundation, right tooling, honest guidance.
This venture of mine focuses on that exact problem.
There's a lot of excitement around AI right now, and for good reason. But the businesses that get the most out of it are the ones that start with the right foundation - the right architecture, the right tooling for their specific problem and a clear understanding of whether AI is even the right answer in the first place.
My approach is straightforward. I evaluate what you actually need - not what's trendy. Sometimes that's a full AI solution with a proper data pipeline and warehouse infrastructure. Sometimes it's just automation. Sometimes it's a conversation where I tell you that you don't need to spend money on any of this right now. I'd rather lose the engagement than mislead someone into one.
I would love to work with businesses of all sizes navigating this AI transformation - connecting the dots between the business problem and the technical solution, and being transparent about cost, timeline and expectations every step of the way.
If that sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love to have a conversation.
